The people who work at this business are what makes it the best storage facility in Hilo. Kyle is especially helpful and knowledgeable. He's intelligent and he understood my concerns and resolved them swiftly. The place is clean and secure. I recommend Extra Space Hilo for your storage needs.

They have very well maintained storage facilities especially if you're a college student here in Hilo, their prices are well balanced and they are extremely understanding to anything problems that may occur. I cannot recommend this company enough

He was very accommodating in showing me the available units, answered all of my questions and ensured I felt confident in my choice, but also mentioned other options I would have if necessary. These guys are crooks. My rent is now over 100% higher than when I signed up just 1 year ago. Find someplace run by locals, not these con artists from the mainland.

I love being able to reserve and pay for unit online. Easy, quick, and no problems later. They'll send you you code on email and a lock is waiting. So nice when your stress levels are elevated due to the moving process. 👍👍👍
