Took a Tesla model 3 in for alignment. Paid and they did the work, but car still registered alignment needed.
They don’t have the ability to work on teslas, but didn’t tell me prior. Still had to pay, car still says it needs alignment. Terrible service.

Staff was very nice and set me up with a same day appointment. The waiting area is comfortable, with convenient phone charging table and a TV set to cooking/baking competition. Bathroom is clean and tidy. I enjoyed my visit and would recommend their service to friends and family.

Did complimentary tire rotation. Was told when made the appt would take about an hour. Just shy of TWO HOURS later I was able to leave the store. I wish they had been honest with me or even apprised me of how much longer they'd be after the first hour passed.

The staff always takes care of my needs. I simply drop off and pick up when its ready. And its very easy to schedule an appointment. Even times that i just pop up in an emergency. They do their best to fit me in with a sense of urgency

Overbooking? Understaffed? Or really bad management? Oil change and tire rotation with balance should never take 5-6 hours… and if running behind schedule… maybe a courtesy call…

Had an appointment at 1pm. Arrived 10 min. early the counter informed me that they were a little behind, then informed me that my appointment wasn’t for my service it was just to get in the shop, and to contact the store manager if I didn’t like, and my service would most likely be in and hour and a half past my appointment time. This shop has no regard for customers time, no regard for appointment times, refuses to update a customer if they fall behind. This locations management team will demean you and waste more of your time if you complain or ask why they didn’t inform you of their tardiness. Thanks for wasting my time and gas once again. Avoid this location, Mahalo

Good prices. Actually given the time one must wait. It took two hours and twenty minutes. They guessed it would be two hours. A big plus.
