Worst bank I’ve ever used in my whole life. Multiple fraudulent charges. Awful customer service. Slow app balance updates. Things take 5 days to post to statement. Sucks because Bank If Hawaii is just as bad. Where are the good bank options out here?!

Mixed feelings, one staff member is super helpful but one was a real jerk and wouldn't help me. Said that i will need to make an appointment for a wire transfer, which I had tried to do over the phone the day earlier, and then he would not help me to make the new appointment. I'm using other banks for wire transfers.
