“It was a wonderful experience to learn about the OK Farm and the different spice trees. Hoku was great! We visited a couple of waterfalls and sampled different native fruits which was absolutely delicious. This was my favorite excursion while in Hawaii.”

“Staff were welcoming right as we walked in. The store is very clean and organized. Produce and other goods were high quality. You can also purchase local art and goods- which we ended up doing. We also received very good advice about the local farmers markets from the staff. Would recommend shopping here, Mahalo!”

“Produce is cheaper than supermarket, not always quality, but, some things you can't get in other grocery stores. They have frozen fish, squid, longanisa, Chinese cabbage, crackers, dvds, lotions, phone cards and more.”

“Unfortunately no supplier on the island is perfect. But Suisan is the best and leaving them a bad review is only a disservice to real restaurateurs. Why are they the best? Their sales staff is the only sales staff that focuses on customer issues first and not their personal profit margins. They are the only supplier with Kona and Hilo locations. Their drivers will go through hell or high water to make sure orders are delivered. Their warehouse workers will stay late to meet you if you are running late. Their online ordering portal is dope and I have never once had a single Suisan employee lose their temper with me or be rude to me.”
