The hotel has an older, comfortable feel and offers a laid-back, chill vibe. Guests love the spacious rooms, which are described as awesome, great, and outrageously amazing. Some rooms feature balconies with spectacular views, mini-kitchens, or soak tubs, though some showers have low water pressure. The staff is consistently noted as very friendly, professional, top notch, and amazing. The property provides many amenities, including a pool next to the ocean, small natural pools, and plenty of lounge chairs throughout the grounds. There is a great restaurant, a bar with live music, a huge lanai lounge area, and a cool hotel store. A 24/7 fitness center and a guest laundry room are available. Its location offers good walkability to a nearby beach, park, and shopping. A highlight for many is the complimentary warm cookie given at check-in. Rooms need a refresh. Other than that stay was excellent! Service was outstanding. Valet parking is super convenient. Restaurant was a hit for breakfast and dinner. All the drinks hit the spot!

Stayed here for 3 nights, arrived late at night. From the check in to check out, our experience was amazing. Hailey is the most welcoming and professional receptionist, our room was exactly what we wanted, oceanfront view was soothing and peaceful. All amenities were on point and the location too.

The outside pool was small. The room and hallways need renovating. It looked and felt quite old. Our window looking toward the ocean was very dirty on the outside so it hurt what could have been a spectacular view of the ocean, cruiseships, and activity on the water.
