“I contacted Dave, the owner, while I was off island and sent him approximate measurements and pictures of my kitchen and he gave me 3 estimates for the 3 levels of stone. A few days after I was home I went to the shop and picked the stone for my countertops and a week after his crew came over to measure and make templates and a few weeks later the came to install the countertops and full back splashes. Both crews were very processional, fast and courteous at all times. Dave's estimate was spot on and I have a beautiful kitchen at a very reasonable cost. I would not hesitate to have Big Island Countertops work on my house again.”

“I’ve been dealing with airgas Over 32 years Somethings going on in the Kona Store people are not helpful not knowledgeable And half of the shelves Is empty . Tried getting fittings from Kona impossible nobody calls back I have no problems before !! .. So I Drove from Waikaloa to Hilo Scott took care of Everything I needed very knowledgeable man He should be promoted Teach Kona how to run a store. And he has a great staff .. So if you need something from Gaspro Drive to Hilo No frustrate Very knowledgeable Scott !!!!! And staff”

“It's hit or miss. Half the time you receive good support from staff, the other half of the time, you get sent in the wrong direction trying to find something. A couple of the pro purchase have been messy (damaged wood, bad loading). I've had great luck with curbside so far”
