Ana is the person to ask for when you go in. She answered our questions. Helped us look but wasn't pushy. Made sure we understood the different types and truly made it a nice experience. Bought a nice bed, got an adjustable base for free, and laughed while we did it. Thank you Ana!!

As someone who struggles with adulting, looking for a new mattress caused a lot of anxiety. The text feature you have is next level, it made communication so easy! I was texting with Brandon and he was short and sweet, showed me the perfect mattress in my budget and verified they had stock in store. Went by the next day and spoke to Anna, and it was like talking to a friend, she listened and didn't try to upsell me, which I was so thankful for, cause sometimes I can't say no. She took excellent care and after everything I was actually under budget! Win! I went back today to pick it up and Kimo was quick and efficient, in and out in 10min. The back guy, I forgot his name sorry, brought it out and loaded it in my friends CRV, no problem, and we were off. This whole experience went better than I ever imagined and I will not be shopping anywhere else for my next mattress when it's time. Big mahalo for everything!

I’ve bought a mattress and bed frame here on two separate occasions and the sales staff have always been very helpful, proficient, gracious and not overbearing. They are also reasonably priced. I’ve been happy with my purchases and have referred others to the store.

We brought home the mattress, box springs, and frame we wanted in one trip and for a competitive price. Solid quality merchandise, great customer service, and no sales pressure. Everything was in stock and in house and they loaded it all up in our truck for us. I highly recommend this MattressFIRM store.
