I recently purchased a truck that had a Napa battery that was only 12 months old. Got stranded on memorial day due to dead battery (Napa was closed so I was forced to go to Walmart to get a replacement). Went into Hilo Napa store the next day and I was told by the woman at the counter that they couldn't help me because I'm not the original purchaser. Napa battery didn't even last a year, despite their batteries being nearly double the cost of Walmart battery. They don't stand behind their parts warranty, trying to find some loophole instead. Sorry I know they have their policy to avoid scammers or whatever, but it seems like a a lame excuse for not honoring the warranty for their poor quality battery that's frankly overpriced and probably been sitting on the shelf for months/years. Have had many good experiences at Napa over the years but this particular location seems like they don't care. I ended up taking their worthless battery back to Walmart to collect my 12 dollar core charge barely enough to buy a bag of Fritos and a small box of snickerdoodle cookies. Not impressed.

Kevin is Wonderful!!! I had searched all over Hilo town at multiple stores and was unable to find the specific battery for my car FOB. He was able to get 2 batteries for me the very same day! I really appreciate Kevin's awesome customer service and will return to Napa for future auto parts purchase!

Napa is always good for brake rotors and the like. I had to take back the battery I bought a couple of years ago and they helped me. Good place for tools. Some of the parts are a little weird but that's Napa. Usually fit fine.

Came right before store closed on a Saturday and uncle Ronne front desk guy helped me with my windshield wiper purchase and helped me install it. Great customer service with aloha and much mahaloz for the help when needed.
