I felt totally comfortable since my first loan experience went so well. The staff is courteous and explained all of the extra things I needed to know about my loan.

Just wanted to say Mahalo to Sherry and staff at Hilo branch. I don't think that I've ever had a more Comfortable and Professinal Financial/Customer Service experience, ever lol. I will definitely be referring Services to family and friends. Mahalo again OneMain Hilo!!!

I love my Hilo Branch. Everyone is so welcoming and they’re really awesome with all their previous, existing, and fuel tire clients. It’s really hard to find service like this now days. But everyone at One Main Financial is so AMAZING:)
