“Very clean and inviting! Well stocked with a wholesome variety of food and treats for all my pets. Wouldn’t spend my money anywhere else, especially when it comes to my fur babies!!”

“We brought our senior little dog in on an emergency , she had a broken hind leg . Dr. Mina was the ONLY vet that took her in to check her out , NOT even her usual vet would take her @ HPP she stayed with her leg hanging for a couple of days ! While we called every vet to see if they could help her . He was able to save her leg and because my elderly parents could not handle taking care of her and keeping her stable at home Maka'i Vet kept her in their care for a month - till her leg was mostly healed and cast came off . Their staff was wonderful & even tho' over worked into long after hours they were still friendly ! We really appreciated them all! We need more vet Dr's like Dr. Mina on the Big Island . !”

“I had a kitten emergency and walked into the store not knowing where anything is. They helped me find everything I needed and did it all without any attitude. The sweetest people work there. I’ll be going back on the regular for sure.”

“I ordered from their online store and I must say their customer service is superb. I emailed with some questions and they were very quick to respond and help me out. I will definitely be purchasing again and have been recommending them to friends.”

“I've had great customer service at this store. I bought a gun safe that was on sale that ended the day before I went in to buy. The manager gave me the discounted price anyway and saved me a bunch of money. That kind of service goes a long way and will keep me coming back.”

“Our Giant Schnoodle is a handful! He hates his feet being touched. Every groomer has to get involved when dealing with our crazy boy! They are all so kind, professional, gentle, and caring! It is amazing to watch. They have the patience of Job!!”

“Dr Mina is incredibly rabbit savvy! Ashley and all the rest of his staff are also so gentle and know how to handle rabbits. They're also very communicative and professional. I'm so glad I took my bun here for treatment with his tooth problem. He had been struggling for weeks, but this vet managed to save him and he's now eating again and back to himself. I had pretty much given up hope because he was so sick and thin, but now I'm beyond happy to have my friend back, thanks to Dr Mina. I'd recommend anyone with rabbits to come here for great quality care!”
