“Chrystal's Kundalini class at Yoga Oasis Hawaii has become a central part of my yoga practice. As I've moved through my late 40s, I've realized that much of my life has been spent operating from a place of doing, striving, and pushing forward. One of the things I love most about Yoga Oasis Hawaii is the incredible variety of classes. Chrystal's Kundalini class beautifully complements the more fiery and physical practices I enjoy.
Beyond the practice itself, Chrystal is an extraordinary teacher, leader, and woman. There is something deeply inspiring about being in her presence. She embodies a powerful feminine energy that is both grounded and radiant, and her authenticity creates a space where others feel empowered to explore those qualities within themselves. As her student, I leave feeling more connected to my own intuition, creativity, and inner strength.
Every Sunday, this class feels like church for me—a sacred pause in my week and an opportunity to come home to myself. Kundalini has become more than a yoga class; it is a practice of remembering who I am beneath all the roles and responsibilities of daily life.
I am deeply grateful that Yoga Oasis Hawaii offers such a diverse range of practices and teachers. Chrystal's class has become a gift in my life and one I rarely miss. “Dropped in there as the store was opening following having some issues with our bikes the day before. Chris was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and had everything needed to get us going promptly. We were so impressed that he just gave us his full support without having made a call ahead or booking prior, just a genuine quality bike mechanic who’s only priority was sorting us promptly and being very reasonable costs charged. Would highly recommend dropping in if your Canyon needs some attention.”
