“I bought a 2019 Jeep at Kama’aina Motors and had the most amazing salesman, Ed Delacruz, to assist me with the selection! I’m female and have bought several used vehicles in my life. In my opinion, it’s practical and more economical than buying a new vehicle (which seems to lose an immediate $15K value as soon as it leaves the lot). Ed Delacruz was kind, intelligent, and a local Hawaiian resident who understood exactly what I wanted and guided me properly throughout the entire process. He even drove with me to the top of Mauna Kea from Hilo to make sure the vehicle made it up and down the mountain and had the power I needed. As most locals know, the top of Mauna Kea is around 14,000 feet at a pretty steep incline. The vehicle operated perfectly. Ed said I was on his personal record for the longest test drive?. He was fun to work with! My experience was very positive purchasing this vehicle (it only took a few hours to purchase and negotiations were very easy).
