Been here over 30yrs. This place is getting worse!! Rarely use CC from this place due to double billings and other issues in the past. I used the card once this year received bill today and it's due in 6 days! USPS back to Chicago from Hawaii OH CMON! Seems as though they are trying to entice a late fee on my part. I call em and they say ohh we have competitive rates! Whoopi! I pay my balance in full and after a due date in 6 days I believe they can mess with the rate. More trouble than it's worth using this CC from ALPFCU. There are other options. Silly me using this card! Ohh and u can pay by phone or online is the remedy... bwhahaha uhuhi! No duh! This place used to be really good. Now not so much.. Darwin still on the Board?

have had so many bad experiences if they’re closed you have 0 support with banking. Also customer service made me drive 2 hours in another state because they didn’t know a sister bank was right next to me

Simple and easy. Electronic screen tellers.Need to fill out your transaction slips prior to getting into line. Once in line there are tellers on both right and left sides to eaiy for the next available. Quick and easy. Logan assisted me today, greeted upon sending the tube and thanked me for waiting and acknowledged hed be right with me. He was quick with the transaction and very friendly! Parking is parse. 6 stalls, 1 handicap. As long as everyone parks good, there should be no problem getting into a stall.

I called customer service to ask about a loan amount and the guy I spoke to 15 minutes ago was so rude and disrespectful. Its like he was on his period. Not only he was rude and disrespectful but he could not even answer my simple question. He shouldn't be working in customer service if he doesn't like answering questions and cant even solve a simple minor problem. I should of got his name so i can report him. Beware of calling this toll free # men are rude.

Aloha CU never short changes me when I deposit cash. They count the same amount that I counted in the back room like another bank did to me. And they have a coin counter.

I have several banking apps and bank accounts, but by far APFC is the is user friendly and no nonsense.

Poor support and weirdly arbitrary rules. i’ve never had as much trouble with any other bank getting remote checks deposited, changing address, opening a true joint account, etc. everything is twice as hard as any other bank. totally mistifying.

9/20/22 got a call from Brian at APFCU. His explanation, suggestion for a declined purchase at McDonald's; is have them reset their terminal. Strangely, terminal works without resetting for my NFCU debit card well, anyways, I went to APFCU and reset rewards debit card pin. I then went outside and tested debit card at ATM for balance. It worked. I left Aloha PFCU and went to Don Quixote, debit card declined. I called APFCU and was invited back to APFCU to do pin again?! "Perhaps card is bad" says Marlon at customer service. I'm getting frustrated. I don't want logo items anymore

I've been a member here for over 15yrs and have always been happy with their service. My go to person is Jason Lippert tho! Best customer service. He's more like a good friend than teller/customer service agent. He remembers everyone's name and makes you feel like family. Awesome job.

I just refinanced our home with APCU Terri Lynn, Oshita, assisted me thru the whole process, she knows her stuff, Teri, was very efficient, she walked us thru the whole refinance process, she was patient thru the whole process as well, she also has excellent customer service, I would highly recommend speaking with Terri, with either your home, or refinance transactions. the process was smooth and fast.

Patty from the Hawaii office called me today regarding my previous post. She assured me this will not happen again. They will discontinue service of their call center at the end of Jan. They said they listened to my call with Emily and that she had not given me good customer service. Calls will be answered by either the Las Vegas branch or Hawaii branch after Jan. I'm fine with that as I've always gotten great service! So that is why I'm editing my review. Aloha Pacific is a great bank!! Please keep up the great customer service as that is hard to come by. Mahalo!! Gail
