Always a pleasant experience banking at ASB Kahala. The staff are friendly and efficient… I enjoy banking here for the personalized service. They take care of my personal and business accounts. My mom banked here, I bank here and now my kids bank here too.

Sharlene a mgr at Kahala branch took the time to help me set up new Acct and debit card since my Acct was hacked and funds taken. She also set up a 3 month reroute for incoming funds until the vendors were contacted with my new Acct information. Very patient and thorough also with follow up.
