Such a huge Exchange, definitely lots to see and buy. Great spot for souvenirs if you have family visiting or if you yourself are too. Snacks are endless too, staff was fine not overly friendly or too welcoming, but there to do their job with a smile on their face most of the time.

Very quiet, not crowded at all. Everything you need is there.
Could have a lot more variety of toys for toddlers.

Elevator is down which hinders handicapped personnel and those with strollers from accessing entire top floor (all clothing and shoes).
