If you're considering visiting the AT&T store in Kapahulu, I strongly advise against it. My recent experience there was nothing short of disappointing. The associates seemed more interested in pushing unwanted services onto customers rather than providing genuine assistance.
Despite my clear instructions, they proceeded to sign me up for services I had no intention of using. When I tried to rectify the situation, I was met with resistance and told it was company policy. This required me to visit a different AT&T store to fix it, but was still billed for the unwanted services.
Instead, I recommend going to the AT&T store at Ala Moana. They respect your preferences and won't pressure you into signing up for unnecessary services. Save yourself the frustration and head to Ala Moana for a better customer experience.
2 stars since at least they hurried us out of the store. So, if you want a fast experience with all the unnecessary add ons this store is for you.

Service was absolutely great! Ben resolved our problems, even the one I was hopeful but had heavy reservations about resolving. Dealt with 5 lines, one of which is in Pennsylvania. Couldn't believe it! He cleared them all within an hour and a half!!!

I had an awful experience at this establishment. The customer service representative was not only lacking in knowledge but also displayed a mean and hostile attitude throughout the entire interaction. Despite providing accurate information, I felt unjustly accused of providing incorrect details throughout the process. To add insult to injury, I later discovered that I had been charged for services that were never even rendered. It's incredibly frustrating to receive such poor treatment and service. Avoid this place if you value your time and money.

This review is waaaaay overdue and I apologize to Earnie Alvarez-Malo because he went above and beyond in helping me in December 8th & 15th at the Kapahulu store. Trust me. I had bought new phones at a kiosk in COSTCO & changed over to AT&T from T-Mobile on Nov.21rst and there were problems from day1. After multiple visits back to the COSTCO kiosk trying to sort things out I finally made an appointment at the AT&T Store on Kapahulu and totally lucked out by getting an appointment with Earnie Alvarez-Malo on Dec. 8th. After hearing my story and issues he told me the vendor at COSTCO is a 3rd party seller and that explained many things. Earnie spent about 90 minutes with us (we're old, lol) getting us on the right track. The entire time he was kind, patient and so informative. Initially I was so mad I was crying (yes; embarrassing) and Earnie just took it in stride. He was kind enough to see us again on the 15th for probably an hour for another set of issues that I may have been able to figure out on my own but after our horrible experience with the kiosk vendor at Costco, I was afraid to touch the phones. I would like to add that both times we were at the Kapahulu store, not once did I see any of the Associates show anything but patience to whoever they were helping. To Earnie; I apologize for taking so long to get this written. Truly; you don't know how much you helped us.

The employees will lie to you to get you out the store fast as possible they won't show you proof of what your signing for or tell you how much your add on are. They will lie to make it seem the problem is fixs. If you want to waste your time come on in.

Ben at this store is very helpful and knowledgeable. We were at the store a long time and Ben made sure our new plan and iPhone was set up correctly. I looked around and all the representatives and manager were very helpful and worked: together. We definitely recommend the Kapahulu AT T if you're looking for a new plan.
