I misplaced or lost my new phone and needed to reactivate the old one for now. I stopped at the AT&T store on Kapahulu and quickly got it activated. The associate also made some recommendations for my account with multiple phones. I like dealing with AT&T and doubt if I will ever switch.

This store is our go-to. One of our phones crashed and we showed up 45 mins before the store closed. Jazz was so helpful,kind, and thorough - just amazing customer service 🤎 Highly recommend
