“My go to shop for all the tires, wheels, plus extras for my three vehicles. They do cars, trucks, SUVs, everything here. I also have purchased extras like bed covers, suspension, all with install included in the quoted price. David and the team are amazing. It's like having an easy button or AI answers that you can actually trust. At this point I just tell him what I am looking for style/cost/performance-wise and he finds me good matches. I have scheduled 6 different times in the past 6 years and they have always delivered on price and quality. I normally email or call (leave voicemail) to get a quote. Highly recommend this business.”

There was an opportunity for extra mile service, as I showed up about 3 mins before open, and I needed to wait.
When my car was completed, I received a nice text saying so. Upon arrival, check out was completed already as I was able to pay online and avoid the 3% processing fee.
As I waited for my car, I had the opportunity to browse the showroom and talk with a sales agent.
After getting my car, I noticed they washed it, but the windows seemed like they were done with a dirty rag. It's very streaky and not very clean looking, but I guess, what do you want for a complimentary wash after paying 120 for an oil change.”

“Tiffany was AMAZING! I had to go on an international trip four days after my Tesla was rear ended. I didn’t realize I needed to make an appointment to get an estimate but drove up and one of the workers told me that I actually needed an appointment but he would check and see if someone could come out. (I would recommend you make an appointment as I got lucky they had the time) Tiffany came out and did a quick estimate. I advised her that I would be out of the country so if she could communicate with me via email that would be great! She did just that and communicated with the third party’s insurance and the guy who hit me. Her communication was impeccable throughout this whole process! She made everything so smooth and QUICK! Her team did an amazing job with the repair and feels like a brand new car! I would 110% recommend this place for a Tesla owner!”

I went to the Dillingham location first to check my car battery and replace it under warranty. The guy there wouldn't even bother to diagnosis the battery. He said I had to physically bring in the battery to the counter, and wouldn't help with uninstall/installation of the battery.
I called this location, King street, and was told they do the full service of the battery under warranty.
The manager, Bruce, helped me and was quick at diagnosing and replacing the battery free of charge.
The people that work at this location are great and help with what you need.”

I have set out to put Mr. Kha's skills to the test.I LOVE my 2010 four-door Honda Civic. We've been through a lot together over the past 14 years. And my car, so far, has never let me down. It always, reliably gets me to work and appointments.Others have recommended that I should replace my aging Civic with another newer model with up-to-date technologies. Yes. I FULLY understand their wise and thoughtful advice and counsul. And, an aging car, like our bodies begins to "fall apart" as we add the years. I understand. Let's see what happens. You realize, that I fully know all the wonderful "quirks" and "shortcomings" of my trusty "steed." And, I believe, that I know the various potential "problems." By the way, any vehicle (absolutely new or gently used rides) may have their own hidden, unexpected problems.Yesterday, on Monday, March 18, my trusty 2010 Honda Civic entered the 2001 Auto Body & Paint shop. It is now in Mr. Kha's capable hands. By agreement, it is scheduled to come out of "surgery" by 4:00PM on Friday, March 22, 2024. Then, the rust should be gone and a new rubber lining fitted around the windows of my vehicle. Good luck Mr. Phong Kha.Mr. Phong Kha, business owner, promises to tackle and fully repair an ever-growing "cancer" rust spots (and they are serious damaging "growths") on my car. “I had been a loyal customer here for a year, with consistently friendly service in the past. Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience during one visit where I was spoken to rudely, charged $200 for a diagnostic without receiving a report, and even found my car left unlocked outside. At the time, I left a negative review because I was disrespected and unsettled by that treatment.
However, I want to acknowledge how well the situation was handled afterward. Deryl Masaki personally reached out, apologized, and reimbursed me for the diagnostic fee. His thoughtful response showed genuine professionalism and integrity.
Mistakes happen, but how they are addressed matters, and I truly appreciate the way Deryl resolved this situation.”
