“I am writing this for my parents as they don't have a Yelp account. Thank you to Mackey, Kaimi, and their manager, Lauren for all their help. Mackey was attentive throughout the entire sales process and answered every question in extensive detail. My dad is a pretty demanding as a customer and literally wanted to see almost every type of car they had available on the lot. Mackey was patient and personable through all of my dad's demands. Kaimi was able to share his knowledge with my parents as they had many questions about additional packages and add ons. It was like shopping in a small local family owned shop with them. They really made my mom and dad feel at home. Lauren also introduced herself to my parents and my mom was impressed with the quality of customer service they received. We will definitely be back to buy future vehicles from them. Thank you Mackey, Kaimi, and Lauren!”

If not then I won't do anymore Yelp reviews, as I hardly ever do Yelp, because of not being able to do a brief but excellent one! Bottom line, Roy, Cory, Daniel and the ones that works there are the best without a question. They just finished my truck being one that's not commonly seen often from what they told me, but Toyota doesn't make their autos like they used to 20 years ago, maybe even 10 or 15 yrs since,, phinner, I have a 2007 Toyota Avalon, being one obvious or easily distinguished will elaborateaint is a lighter coated exterior and the metal is much thinner making those of current times vulnerable and weak to let's say a car's door that opens and taps this truck's side there's a chip of paint taken off, and even a slightest semi-impact will put a dent in this Tacoma 2022 TRD Pro. But with Roy of Auto Body Engineering Alaloa St...have no fear, he stands solid behind his work..! How's that”
