Almost impossible to find the entrance if you are first time return cars here. Entrance is the Target garage, no any avis sign until you drive to level 5.
Also, if you pick up a car, here is the line you should expect, including avis preferred members

They were very helpful we added a driver did not want to return to the airport it's in the international market the only issue is the GPS sent me to the southern side when it was on the Northern side GPS marker might be helpful on your website

I’ve had great experience with this location . I’ve rented thru Costco and have zero problems as long renting and returning car. Mr. Don was great and explained me all the necessary info and possible options. Highly recommended and I will rent from this location again A+
