They were excellent communicators, and their shuttle service back to the airport was easy to use. We are planning another Oahu trip next year, and we will definitely rent from them again.”

“Extremely convenient and competitively priced for the immediate Hilton area. Gazelle and Navs (sp?) are very friendly and efficient. We only rented a cheap getaround sedan for a day. They did have nicer vehicles l8ke Jeeps and vans available, as well. I recommend they be your first call in your search.”

“Aloha Team Hawaii!! =) Big location at the Honolulu airport. I had a reservation made online. We were picked up via Lyft from our hotel to the airport to pick up the vehicle. We met with agent-Chloe at the counter (I remembered her name as the perfume with same name was my favorite back in the late 80's/early 90's), she provided excellent service and provided us with the paperwork and information. We also met with one of the next agent in the parking garage (forgot her name sorry), she showed us to our vehicle and advised we could select our preferred vehicle. It was a swift 15 minute transaction from beginning to driving off. Upon returning the vehicle, met with an agent-Kayla (I remembered her name same as our daughter's). She was able to update and change the credit card for completing the payment transaction. Everyone was so very nice, happy and with beautiful smiles =) We would definitely use them again on our future trips.”

“As an Executive Elite member of National Rental Car, this was by far the absolute best experience I’ve ever encountered at National Rental Car in LAX. The agent Christina in LAX went above and beyond to ensure that I was well taken care of. I normally rent using the Executive option and the options of cars that were available at the time did not meet my needs for this business trip but Christina made sure that I would get the car I needed. She walked me through some different options that weren’t available right off the bat. The attention and service that I received was as I said by far the best experience I’ve had at the LAX location. I travel a lot through LAX, so I hope I have Christina again just because I appreciated her service so much!”

What a gem, far better rates than his competitors, and though you won't get a brand new vehicle, you do get one that is completely exceptable. Owner is great and has always accommodated our needs. “We rented a smart car for 5 days. It was perfect just to get us from point A to B. It is obviously small but, for 2 people doing day trips, it works well. There is a trunk area (including a hidden compartment), cubby holes, and cup holders; we never felt like we needed more space. The A/C was strong. It was a superb value ($144 for 5 days) and only costed around $30 to fill the gas tank! Staff were also quick, friendly and flexible. We would definitely rent here again.Things to note: The ride was jerky and you can really feel the bumps and gears shifting (in traffic especially). The brakes are surprisingly stiff. There isn't an ideal spot to place your phone for GPSing so I would highly recommend bringing a phone mount of your own (one that suctions to the window).”

“We rented the Highlander and it was in good shape.Car was ready on the street for us and check in was an easy process.Simple, fast service. Probably one of my best rental experiences.We were staying at the Prince so it was an easy pick up. (Parking by marina is $1 per hour. What a steal!)Tip: pick up is on the 6th floor of Ilikai Marine Condos parking lot.”

“Well, their reviews are all over the place, but I had a positive experience with Keala and Aloha Auto Depot. I bought a 2002 Lexus SC 430 from them a few years ago. Was it a perfect car? No, they never said it was, and I didn't expect it to be. But hey, I got a $60,000+ high end Japanese car that looked like a million bucks for $8,950 and had fun with it for a few years. Did I end up putting some money into it? Sure, as one would expect to with a 20 year old car. We recently decided it was time to say goodbye to our Lexus and get a new car. We took the Lexus back to Aloha, was glad to see that Keala was still there, in their new, much larger, impressive location. And they bought the car back from me with 175,000 miles on it! Bottom line is Keala and the staff at Aloha have always been professional and they took good care of us.”

“We started our Honolulu vacation in a low, end hotel near the convention center because we were with a sports team. The last few days we decided to move to the beach and that is where I met Anna Abe who is a front desk agent at the Marriott.she truly changed our whole vacation. She just brought us into this beautiful hotel and made sure we had a beautiful room and helped me celebrate my daughter 17th birthday. She went above and beyond —-I have never had a hotel employee take care of me the way Ana did. We had a wonderful three nights at the Marriott and can’t wait to come back!!!! And the location was amazing right on Waikiki Beach. Rooms are large and comfortable beds. Stunning ocean views. Great pools and amazing hot tubs and tons of restaurants and everyone we tried was delicious! The staff at the pool was very friendly. We also had a front desk agent named dave that took extra time helping me before I booked the room. And had the sweetest Bellman I’ve ever had in the hotel! What a great stay!!!”

“The best place to rent 12-15 seater vehicles on the island!!! I've been a client for multiple years now, Melissa is always Patient, courteous, and respectful with all my needs. The Vehicles are well kept and clean. Just minutes away from the airport so it is very convenient. They also have after hours drop off too. They have Ford Transit high roof and Mercedes-Benz Sprinters. All in all they treat you like family here.”

“MAKE THIS SHOP YOUR FIRST AND ONLY STOP! Let me start off by saying that for over a month, my Chevy Cruze was rough idling and stalling out at stops as well as when I put it in park or neutral (most notable when I turned the A/C off); the check engine light became my shadow -_- I went to one private shop as well as Cutter Chevy for a total of FIVE TIMES back to back within that timeframe and they were able to find and fix every issue under the sun EXCEPT for what was causing the main problem. You could tell they didn't want to be up front about what they felt could be the issue, so they just kept referring to the check engine codes and not allowing for us to pick each others brains to find a solution. I found Premier Automotive through Yelp, seen the customer testimonials and reached out. They took me in the very next day, allowed me to stay, communicated with me throughout THE WHOLE DIAGNOSTIC PROCESS, and allowed for full transparency as I explained the signs/symptoms and they explained what they believed the main culprit was. They pin pointed the mass airflow sensor as the source of the problem so they ordered a new one as well as a purge valve per my request (just in case it was starting to fail). They let me take the car and come back the very next day as soon as they opened, got started right away and was done before 11am; THEY DID IT ALL UNDER MY EXTENDED WARRANTY TOO! Today I took two really long drives and I haven't seen the check engine light since! It now idles smooth as butter in all gears and with the A/C on or off. Mahalo to the whole Premier Auto family for treating my car as if it were your own; just a really honest and genuine team! You have another lifelong customer now :)”

“I recently rented a vehicle from Enterprise in Honolulu Hawaii. I was so impressed with the staff from start to finish. Afterwards, I realized that we were missing a Ukulele and thought we may have missed it when cleaning out the vehicle upon return. I went to the desk and talked to Anderson. He checked with the staff and they didn't see it, but he said he would get in touch with me when he checked on other possibilities. He contacted me and said the vehicle had been rented out, but when it was returned they would check the vehicle again. Sure enough, he contacted me once again and let me know they found it. They mailed it back to me (at my expense) and I appreciated it so much. Thank you for the great customer service.”

“The staff at this Enterprise location deserve a very "major MAHALO!" in contributing to a very affordable & delightful customer service experience to a couple of haoles from Canada during our month-long visit to O'ahu (hard to believe a decade has passed--another story!). They have had to work under very trying circumstances balancing the daily workload they have, yet the staff came thru for us three (3) straight wkends in a row in setting up memorable vehicle rental experiences--last minute, we ended up renting for a 4th time! Work with these great folks & they will work hard for you--! Plus do yourself another major favour: save $$ by not having to be at the mercy of Waikiki rates, & enjoy some valuable exercise walking/busing to this very handy location between the Ward Centre & the famed Ala Moana shopping mall. “This rental car was probably the smoothest pickup and drop off I have ever had. I wish i got the name of the gentleman who helped us at the counter because he made this so easy. I rented a Mitsubishi Mirage or similar on Expedia ahead of time and put my husband as the driver. We arrived and were greeted by the nice gentleman who asked for my ID and credit card and my husband's ID. He asked if we wanted insurance like they always do and then explained the pick up and drop off process and bam! Just like that we were in and out in less than 5 minutes. It was so quick. Off we went to the 5th floor where they have the cars available and the lady offered us the Mirage OR we could get a Cadillac OR a BMW 330i. They are all in the same category for rental. So we opted for the BMW and we were on the road. I thought because I put 5 pm as the return time on my online rental we had to be back by 5, but nope. The nice gentleman explained that they closed at noon but have a key drop off right outside their door and I could drop it anytime before my 24 hours were up. That made things so much easier and no time constraints. It was awesome! So easy to rent and so easy to drop off whenever we wanted. Thanks for the best rental experience I have ever had!”
