Bank of Hawaii is a long-standing bank with an unwavering commitment to its customers and communities. The Ward branch is noted for having almost no long wait times, with short lines and quick service. Customer service is always friendly, and the location is clean and tidy. It is easy to find on Google Maps and offers free, close parking along with a bank machine for easy deposits. As one of the smaller branches in Honolulu, access from Queen Street has been inconvenient due to construction. The manager is very good, and the branch reliably handles services like closing a safe deposit box. Safe deposit boxes, especially the 3x10" size, are very scarce.
I like banks and kind employees and fair treatment with some aloha.
