Worst. Branch on the WHOLE Island. expect to get skipped in line. Wait 30+ minutes in line just for them to sit you in a different area. Than the best part. STILL NOT HELP YOU. than tell you they are closing soon so you have to set an appointment for the next day. Terrible service. Terrible workers except one ever. Who actually helped me!

The now closed Waiakamilo branch was my old branch. I haven't been to the new Iwilei branch in several years. I stopped in to Customer Service here because HI Kai branch wasn't able to help me. Service manager Ofie not only recognized me waiting but remembered my name and took care of my transaction simply and smoothly. What a time saver! All the tellers (some are still there fr Waiakamilo) are personable, helpful and remember your name if you go there regularly. You're the best Ofie Calderon! Mahalo for going above and beyond at BOH!

Bank of Hawaii no longer does cardless cash from ATMs so I have to wait in this line just to pull out some money for Costco gas bc I forgot my debit card. There are four tellers even though there are spots for nine. And two of the four are for the business line, so there are two tellers for all of the people in the main line of the bank. If I didn't need to get money, I would not come here. I definitely do not recommend this location. Just think about how much money we all have in their coffers to play with, to invest and make money off of, and the greedy bank won't staff it reasonably?!?! This is just another sign that switching to a credit union is the right move. Bank of Hawaii SUCKS for so many reasons. I'm glad I have the time standing in line here to think of them!

This review is for Marlene who helped me with my banking needs. She was very helpful and got everything that I needed done. She even followed up with me to let me know that she would be available on a certain date should I need to come in for further assistance. She even went beyond the call in offering her notary public service should I need it. If you need help with your banking, don't hesitate to call her. What strikes me also is that she has an office so you can feel secure in knowing that your meetings are held in a private setting. I feel that this is such an important feature for the protection of customers. She will get you set up and rest assured all your banking needs will be taken care of. This branch is right next door to Costco for those of you who need to get your banking and shopping done.

The wait was very long to cash a check. But the thing that really got me was I had a teller that honestly made me feel very uncomfortable.

This bank is ALWAYS busy when I come here. I feel so bad for the tellers because it's like non stop customers coming in and out. The most busy time is after work from 2pm and after. I try to go during a time I think they're not gonna have much people, but I always fail. I don't think there's ever a time when it's not busy. Sometimes the line is out the door. I noticed that the tellers are super patient with customers. It helps to have that customer service especially in a bank when people just wanna be quick. There's almost always a security person at the door greeting people and opening the door for customers. Also, there's a parking attendant who notes the cars that come in and out. Place is pretty new and so it's clean and nice inside. Just wish it was as busy as it gets.

They Where Very Helpful. Although The Lines Are Very Long. They Need To Have More Tellers & Open More Banks, Because They Closed (3) THREE Locations In The Kalihi Area. That Wasn't A Good Idea. Especially In The Kalihi Area. They Should Bring It Back Especially In The Kamehameha ? Shopping Center OR Down By ? King Street. Anyway I Hope They Will Reconsider In Having An Other 1

I was doing business in a nearby Pier when I realized I needed to go to the bank. As usual, google maps helped my find the nearest BOH. Fortunately, this was within 10 mins drive from where I was. The bank looks like a newly built branch. I arrived and easily found a parking space on the side. This is the first time in a long time I see a security guard posted outside a bank, it's a good thing. I agree that the line zig zags in a weird set up, but I am not surprised as I know a BOH in the west side that has the same set up. I came here around 2pm and there were a lot of customers in front of me, and people keep coming. Luckily, the line was moving decently as most of the teller windows were staffed. I also did not experience the traffic probably because I came here around 2pm (assuming traffic starts at around 3pm). I just wish the staff are more friendly and more welcoming like other BOHs.

Traffic is bad enough with everyone making left turns to get into the driveway and lines are out the door every time I need to visit. They claim to have other branches open nearby but whenever I go they are all shuttered..

Relatively upgraded location with plenty of parking in lot. I appreciate that they usually have a lot attendant to keep and eye on things. Not security by any means (usually a small lady with a large brim hat) but still reassuring in some senses. Weekends are the busiest I've found, sometimes they have a line out the door for service. BOH branches with weekend hours are open til 1:00pm.

Bank of hawaii is the worst bank ever, I will never bank with them again. Their services is wack and their cyber security is weak. I’ve had my account hacked made 12 new accounts (one after another) and still we’re getting hacked. Requested a new card and before I even got the card in the mail someone got a hold of the card numbers and used it. Now waiting over a month in dispute and they are saying it might take up to 90 days to finalize the dispute.If you want your money to be safe, I would recommend banking somewhere else.
