They are experts, very knowledgeable, and informative. They provide superior service and their quality of customer service is very pleasant and top notch. They do extensive testing, provide updates throughout the process, and do not try to sell service that is not needed. They are known for being fair, sometimes charging only a fraction of the labor for extensive diagnostic work. Customers feel the staff have their best interest at heart and know their car will be serviced properly. I was advised by Leif at BME when I brought in my vehicle to the shop. He is very knowledgeable and informative as well as the mechanics at BME. Their is a reason why the company is called Bavarian Motor Experts because they ARE experts. I would highly recommend bringing your European car here to get it fixed.
