When I called, the receptionist was super friendly and she helped me book my appointment easily and in such reasonable timing...luckily :) Then upon arrival, my experience was so great! I was met with Jared and Brandon, and they both are really excellent at their trade! They really made an unfortunate situation go as smoothly as possible! “Highly recommend going here!Although the repairs took longer than estimated (not the shops fault but the wait time for parts), the shop kept me informed each step of the way and was highly responsive. They were very thorough in assessing the damages to my car, and made sure to repair everything like brand new. My car’s passenger side was t-boned when the other party ran a red light. I had to have both passenger doors, a wheel, and inside panels replaced, as well as alignment work done. I’m so impressed with how my car turned out. The photo is my car repaired upon pickup. It looks like nothing ever happened.Additionally, when I ran out of my allotted rental time with my car insurance, the shop covered my rental expenses for the next three weeks! They even secured a rental for me on a Sunday when I returned from an out-of-country trip to make sure I had a car to get to work the next day. This made an incredibly stressful experience more bearable.If you can be patient with the challenges of getting a car repaired on island, this is the shop to go to. Excellent communication, masterful work, and great service. I felt taken care of from start to finish.”

Don walked our business through everything, the issues, problems, delays in parts, everything! He would contact us every step of the way and let me know on a weekly basis how it was going and kept in contact with me personally by text. The vehicle came out perfect in the end, and although it took a while to get the vehicle back, that had nothing to do with Dons work, it was the delay in mainland parts and getting it to the a legal dealership back and forth. Our jeeps are our babies and Don took very good care of them...in the near future I plan on bringing the Jeeps to Don for little cosmetic work also because of the relationship we build during the fixing of our Jeep. I trust Prime Body & Paint and if I am going to give money to someone...Id prefer giving it to Prime Body & Paint! Mahalo DON!”
