“Came into this place to get a new audio system, and *possibly* see if they could help us out with my headlight. My fiancé is a mechanic, but isn’t familiar with the electrical aspect of working on cars. We found out the headlight was most likely an electrical problem.As soon as I pulled up, they already had someone under my hood trying to diagnose my headlight issue. Called back two hours later with a, temporary fix that we’re more than happy with. (I own an audi that can be tricky to work on and expensive to buy parts for, especially new headlights)The audi car shop we had previously taken the car to had two working days with the car and couldn’t give us a solution that wouldn’t cost thousands. This place solved our problem in less than two hours for only labor costs.Totally recommend this place to anyone.”

“This place is small but do they know their detailing! I recently purchased a shiny new black car that needs to continue to stay that way in my eyes. When I came by the shop I had alot of questions that the owner did not feel irritated answering me. There was no push to sell products. He seem happy just to give me the knowledge, give his recommendations, but ultimately I purchased what I wanted and needed. Love love love their CarPro series products! “The team at hard garage were awesome. Everyone was super friendly. They did my brand new model Y right from delivery. They even helped me inspect for gap issues that I didn't even notice. They were super flexible when I couldn't get the entire car done at one time because Tesla had to do some paint repair. They also did tint all around. There was an issue with the ceramic tint on the front and they removed it, tried to lay another layer but it still had the issue (seems it may be an issue with my windshield). Even though it wasn't their fault, they took care of it. I got rubbed by another car while parked. They were awesome and redid my ppf. The full satin ppf they did on my car makes it stand out among a sea of white teslas. I can't speak highly enough of their work and their desire to take care of their customers.”

“This used to be at the Finance Factors Building on Bishop but it is now above the Pacific Honda Dealership at Capitol Plaza. How to get here: Drive up Alakea, pass Beretania, stay in left lane, make first left turn on side street makai of Central Intermediate School (S Kukui). Take the first ramp up on left to the second floor where you will see Honda logo. Enter, turn right and keep going as far as you can. My car is the stereotypical old lady car. It is 7 years old and has under 14,000 miles. We call it the garage decoration.This is my second time using this service. The first time, I had totally abused the car to store, donate, move, and relocate items during a renovation project. The car was filthy with dirt, leaves and scratch marks. This time, I had spilled some very horrible things on the upholstery and I thought the car was slightly dirty and could use a detail. When I picked up the car the first time, I knew my car was filthy so maybe that's why I wasn't so wowed. But when I picked up the car this time, it was so clean and pristine, I didnt realize how filthy it was until I had it detailed. Maybe this is like your not realizing how fat you are, even though the scale and pants size are moving up, untill you see a photo of yourself. They also did a paint correction on my trunk which had all these scratches from an unknown source. Tiki (fabuluous, professional and courteous) explained that the unknown source was probably me. Lesson learned. I am more careful when removing items from the trunk. Highly recommend the service and would definitely use them again.Thanks!”

“This place is like a hidden gem right in the corner of Sand Island, and on top of that reminds me of a movie set of the fast and the furious. He has so many garage is in there and so many different projects. Fixing car is nothing but autobody and repairs and on top of that he does bodywork and painting and also auto detailing. Basically a one stop shop complete repair area and when I visit the shop, I saw a lot of cars that was lined up, waiting to be painted by him I believe the owner name is Mark. I will definitely try him one day to be in my car. He actually gave me a price quote to work on bodywork on my car and it was reasonable.”

“The staff does great work when you can get it scheduled. I had a car on order and made an appointment to get it wrapped via their website. Unfortunately, they don't seem to check their online booking system because I didn't have an appointment; they were all on vacation. You have to call to get an appointment and the lead time to get one is long. I had to drive my new car for five weeks before they could take my car. Having said that, they do excellent work and my car looks great. It took little more than a week to apply the Kavaca and then apply the ceramic coating. What was painful was having to keep it clean and dry for two weeks afterward (as recommended in the material received from them). Living in Kaneohe made that especially challenging. If they would improve their responsiveness, especially their online system, I would give them an unconditional endorsement. As of now, I like what they've done but they need to check all of their channels: phone, web and mobile. I texted them asking about the Americana Global sprays that they recommend but no one responded. I ended up finding a company on the mainland and ordered the recommended sprays. It would have been nice to pick it up from Auto Perfection.”

“Taking my car to Thirsty Cars was one of the best car decisions I have made in a loooong time. They got rid of those irritating water spots on the paint, chrome, and windows. My eight-year-old sedan actually gleams, a sight I never thought I'd see again. “I drive an 18-year-old Toyota Camry and the headlights have been going foggy for a while. I usually get the chain stores to polish them for me when I take my car in for oil changes, but the effects wear off fast with my car always being out in the elements. After letting them go for a little longer than normal I was worried about how dim they were, especially when driving in heavy rain. Keola is a good friend of mine and offered to restore my headlights using his professional detailing practices and the application of a long-lasting sealant not offered by the chain stores. Keola's work is always thorough and I know from experience how meticulous he is in his detailing, so I gladly took him up on his offer. We scheduled the appointment through his website and I got a confirmation text almost instantly. On the day of my appointment Keola came out to meet me and quickly got to work. The entire process was done in a little under an hour and my headlights were so clear and shiny they looked brand new. He even offered to come back and touch them up once they started to become cloudy again (sadly unavoidable with my old vehicle), but after a month of continuous exposure the clarity is still going strong. Keola is knowledgeable in his trade and the results he gets speak for themselves. I would genuinely recommend him to anyone looking for quality detailing services.”
