If not you will wait in line and most times that line is long.Parking: Parking across the street in garage , first 30 minutes free. If not $2.00 .”

“Lots of choices, efficient service. Glad to have the small business in the area. Prices were reasonable though I may not remember my purchases because the bags were not individually labeled.”

“Nice store. I felt as though they had more touristy things at this location compared to their Big Island store but they still had a very nice selection. Friendly staff, clean and well organized store.”

“WOW, WOW, WOW, this was awesome. I actually enjoyed this better than the old school spots in Japan (I grew up there) as the flavours were so unique, the mochi so light, and not remotely too sweet. It's totally worth the cab ride from Waikiki. The products have a short shelf life as they're not full of preservatives, but I guess that's why they're so delicious and magical. Even my hubby, who is generally not a fan of this type of sweets was raving about it. We had the jumbo strawberry (better than anything I've had in Japan), the mixed berry (wowza), the chocolate matcha mochi cake (not too sweet, fluffier and lighter than other mochi cakes), and the yuzu flavour (delicious). We were in the neighborhood for an early dinner seating elsewhere and dropped by around 4pm, not realizing that they closed at 3pm! But they ran out and welcomed us in and graciously gave us some samples and even gave us an ice pack for our purchases. Honestly, they've kinda ruined wagashi for me because I can't imagine anybody beating this, lol.”

“Old school mochi store, making fresh mochi every day. Definitely one of the gems on the island and State. You can build your own mochi box or buy a pre-made assortment of most of their mochi selections. They also have pre-wrapped chi chi dango boxes. One is just plain and the other is assorted fruit flavors.”

“This was a recent addition to Windward Mall and I think it was a good one! They have a compact display which offers a wide variety of items from RC centipedes to emoji cushions to T-shirts. The thing I really like are their gummy candy leis and it's a nice gift if you want to give something a little more special than a flower lei. Their prices are reasonable and sales persons are very helpful. Come by and check them out! I did find that Kawaihao and the booth in the old Sports Authority were older locations they were at before coming to the Windward side.”

“Been coming here ever since small kid time! Love that are now customizing the icees. Our favorite is the strawberry with ice cream, mochi balls and condensed milk (it reminds me of the shave ices that they serve at bon dances except in a cup and much easier to eat). The workers do such a great job making it. They are always nice and friendly so no complaints with the service here. I hope they consider expanding their icee line like how Doe Fang was before.”

“IT'SUGAR at Ala Moana Shopping Center was the coolest experience I've had at the mall. This is the biggest candy store I have visited. There is a huge selection of goods of well-known candy brands with unique products, including clothing and collectibles. I would highly suggest coming here see what this place has to offer with your family and friends. There are also fun areas to take pictures. They are located on the second floor. I appreciate everything this place has to offer. Thank you very much, and God Bless IT'SUGAR!”

“Me LOVES some See's Candies lollypops!!!! Butterscotch to be exact! And that's the only reason why I stopped by this See's Candies store in Kahala Mall. Located at the Kahala Mall Shopping Center, you can find this See's Candies store just next door from the CVS/Longs Drugs store. As a kid growing up in da 808, I remembered when someone would have a kid, people would pass out those See's lollypops with a sticker on it - for a Boy, or a Girl, and I think that was the first time I got a taste for a yummy See's Lollypop.Sure, the standard lollypop flavors are awesome - (chocolate, coffee, vanilla, & butterscotch), but I now see that See's Candies even expanded their lollypop flavors, as I've seen - (pumpkin spice, cinnamon, latte, & caramel apple), but no matter what flavors See's Candies may invent, my true love is for the butterscotch lollypop! It really just does it for me!!! Lol! If you're not into lollypops like me, rest-a-sure there are lots of other goodies that See's offers here, and every time I walk into a See's Candies, the very nice sales associates always offers some kind of chocolate sample. As good as the chocolates are at See's Candies, I'm all about the Butterscotch lollypop! Lol!”

“Going to the mainland? Need to bring omiyage? (of course you do!) Well, this place is one stop shopping. Tons of snacks, cookies, local style candies. They also have hard to find snacks like dried clam. Prices are comparable to elsewhere (not on sale kine) and if you live east side, it's great not having to go into town. It's on the diamond head end of Ku'ono Market, where Daiichi, Foodland are. Parking can be a royal pain though. There's always lots of cars in the lot”

“Going back to my roots... Oh my gosh and thank heavens for Hawaii Candy as places like Ishiharaya has closed many of these beloved timeless locally snacks are so much harder to find. Located in the industrial area outside the airport right below the rail lines which are still in the midst of the construction not really sure of the parking situation though I found some street parking nearby you're able to see the sign from the street you just need to walk in to the back for the entrance. Who has grown up eating Waffles-o-roll and Red Coconut Balls *me!* and to still see their showroom filled with that nostalgic vibrant packaging and that classic logo we're familiar with got me in a state of confusion as I didn't know they also have many other items as well like seasonings, beef jerky, even the Chip & Cookie where I was told if you look in the back the first ingredient is chocolate chips...woah!! What I also had no idea is they have "Butter Wafers!" the very same as the rolled just unrolled lol! Along with that each wafer is stamped with a Hawaiian design which I absolutely love and they come in three flavors (Original Butter, Coconut, and Matcha) and I can see my besties in the Mainland would love these to pair with their sips. Supporting local and all made in Hawai'i I grabbed a bunch of goodies and they're able to make anything into individual party favors which is a great idea and who wouldn't want these lovelies!!! Before I got on my way, I was given a pack of Butter Wafer for the road (So thoughtful!) the showroom is quite small but is very nice vibe to showcase all of their goodies, the staff is just a delight, and you can absolutely call in your order so that there's no wait time for them to gather the items. Thank you!”
