5 for amenities. 1 for the location. The amenities are excellent. Very caring management and staff. The location however leaves much to be desired. A lot of homeless and the building is next to the drug rehab center and an assisted living with people gathering near the center making it unpleasant to walk by.

Lived here for 3 years. The amenities were always clean, always working, and properly maintained. The walls are thick and I rarely if ever had any noise from neighbors bother me.
