The staff is very friendly and helpful! Danielle and Robert were very nice and helpful! I appreciated Danielle answering all my questions! There was also one woman working last night as well who was very helpful.

This hotel met our needs, had all the amenities you need as well and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We will be back! I would just suggest more frequent detail cleaning, the general cleaning is great, just more of the cabinet hinges and some corners in the room.

Forget the other hotels like a holiday inn Express and outrigger. Coconut Waikiki is the most affordable.
