Pearl Harbor Commissary is a great commissary with lovely and friendly workers who are patient and good with children. It offers a wide variety and wide selection of produce, products, and a great supply of Asian goods, including fresh veggies and a great butcher. The sushi made on the spot is the best, with fresh and high-quality ingredients. It is generally always clean, always stocked, and shelves are loaded with shipment, with workers keeping the shelves stocked and checkouts moving smoothly, including self-checkout lanes. However, some customers report disappointment, finding holes on the shelves and missing basic items like eggs, milk, yogurt, and specific bread, sometimes requiring a trip to another store. Some note a poorly laid-out aisle flow and confusion over ID checks. Overall, for active duty or retired personnel, it is considered the best place to get food and paper supplies at reasonable cost, with plenty of parking and lots of options. It is an off-base commissary accessible with an ID.

Prices are really good but sometimes it is hard to get a shopping cart so take one from the parking lot with you.

Great place to get souvenirs and necessities. I love that it's two stories with lots of options. The waterfall is very pretty too and serves as good cause.
