However, I myself never visited the physical store until recently, when it was time to replace my ancient iPhone. As soon as I entered the store, I felt an overall welcoming, friendly vibe from the staff. A big shout out to employee Ty, who helped me with my phone purchase, transferred everything from my old phone to the new phone, and updated my carrier agreement to save me $$$$$ each month!
