Costco Iwilei Pharmacy offers a variety of products and services, making it a popular destination for locals and visitors alike. Shoppers can find a selection of chocolate, Hawaiian goodies, and local produce, such as papayas, lau laus, and poi. Many customers appreciate the pharmacy services, including immunizations and prescription fills for pets, which can save money compared to vet prices. The pharmacy allows reservations for immunizations, making it convenient for families to get vaccinated. While the store provides good quality products, some reviewers express frustration with the parking situation and gas station lines, preferring to visit other locations on the island. Customer service experiences vary, with some staff being friendly, while others have been described as rude or unhelpful, leading some customers to choose alternative locations. The store layout is similar to mainland Costcos, featuring a variety of items, including local specialties and a food court. Shoppers enjoy the value for groceries and household items, although popular snack items sometimes run out. Overall, Costco Iwilei Pharmacy is recognized for its great selection, competitive prices, and accessibility near Waikiki, despite some challenges with parking and customer service.

Great prices for general health needs and supplements, bath and beauty products, as well as Rx prescriptions/refills, and vaccinations by appointment.

Awesome! Found most of the items I was shopping for. I wish their eye clinic accepts walk-in though!
