“First time visit, had appointment. The outside seating area is convenient for people expecting rides but there is too much vehicle traffic which poses a danger with all the pedestrian traffic in the area.”
“Target swapped self-checkout for staffed registers - then didn't staff them enough. For a store with fairly strong foot traffic, it feels like a highly visible reduction in their commitment to customer service (and to ringing up sales).
One bright spot: an employee near the Starbucks side whom I hadn't seen before, running two registers simultaneously - keeping the line moving. She was efficient and composed the whole time I was there. Exceptional.
Whatever Target thinks of this location, I hope they're taking care of their people!”

When a supermarket is just that and not a whole complex where it's a journey and a half just to get a single item and that's the reason for this visit...well two items, a red onion and cilantro. Having a task at work it was something that I had to have an since I was in the Kahala Mall I decided on Whole Foods for convenience and was surprised of the prices and thought to go elsewhere since price was something I didn't want to compromise and was shocked to see it was no difference here as well and decided to just get it. Walking up and down the aisle since I'm here it's nice to see nothing really much has changed and though the layout and aisle is a bit narrow than the more updated places this piece of nostalgia is nice as it's well organized and clean...my onion was bad btw which was disappointing but it was my choice. Thank you!”
“CVS Longs has always been a quick stop to get all the things I need from beauty products to snacks. Lately understaffing has been the problem everywhere since the next working generation wants to work from a laptop in Bali instead of being in person and working from the ground up. Understaffing has caused delays in ringing up customers and older staff members make transactions harder because they aren't able to ring customers up as quickly.”

“I have shopping at this Salt Lake location for almost 32 years and generally this store provides great service.
Unfortunately today I had a cashier named Emily who really gave me a hard time with a $4 coupon which popped up on my pharmacy receipt which I tried to use on a $6 ice cream purchase.
In the past, cashiers would get manager approval if the phone # associated with the coupon cannot be identified but this cashier kept asking for different phone #s and I provided all 3 of my household members. I know my #s and I'm assuming that she misheard or entered the wrong # and that is why the coupon couldn't be validated.
I got frustrated and luckily a nice store manager Shanelle came over and rectified the problem.
