“Just about exclusively physicians practices in this building, parking a bit confusing because, you'll have to drive up the parking structure and find your way to the correct elevator to connect to another building where your doctor might be. First hour parking free and three dollars for each additional thereafter.”

“Interesting shop in the Queen's POB II Every physicians building does need a pharmacy for convenience for sure as we don't plan on getting into the situation that calls for the need for relief well this moderate sized building does have one interesting enough and I decided to explore as I do have a few item on my need list and just wondered if they had it. A decent sized place filled with all usual drug store items including a wall of greeting cards, over the counter drug items, personal care items, and impressive pill box and pill cutter choices and yes snacks galore. I was actually here to pay a bill I had a question. on and they do have a parking garage with one hour of free parking so yes if you need to get things done you surely can do that here and some goodies as well The bathroom sign btw...I dunno lol! Thank you!”

“This is where we get all our immunizations and prescriptions. You can now make reservations for immunizations on the pharmacy website, so we get appointments for the whole family, then line up for our shots. We've done not just Covid vaccines, but also flu, tetanus, hep a, and shingles. Would highly recommend everyone check the CDC website for which immunizations are recommended for you and then get up-to-date.We even get the dog's prescriptions for Heartgard and Nextgard here and save about 20% over getting them at the vet. It's easy, we just ask for a paper prescription at the vet when we get her annual check-up, then get the prescriptions filled next time we shop at Costco. easy peasy.”

“My last cleaning, omg, I can only describe it as feeling like a relaxing gum massage. These words came out of my mouth when my hygienist asked how I was after the cleaning. It surprised both of us, lol. She is the best I have ever had, I told her about my dislike of the sound of ultrasonic cleaner, so she always manually cleans my teeth. I no longer ask for a prescription to relax me before the appointment. It is something about her, because our first cleaning together, I relaxed after 5 minutes. I am not telling you her name because I want her to be available when I need her. She is my tooth fairy.”

“I have been a happy customer of Plaza Pharmacy for nearly 20 years. When I complained to my supervisor I waited so long at Longs he suggested trying Plaza. They are so efficient and friendly that I ended up getting all my meds from them. I was a pharmacy tech before retiring and am happy to report they have never made an error with my prescriptions.”

Listen, if you're in Honolulu you know ABC stores and Longs are where you get your snacks, drinks, kitschy touristy paraphernalia, OTC and prescription drugs (not at ABCs silly), foot powder, newer flippity floppities for when your toe pick is plucked, bit of alcohol which I haven't had, though it might seem so after reading this review. The staff at Longs is generally friendly, and these folks at this location absolutely do not disappoint, a joyful hello will invade your ear/hearing as soon as you are within shouting distance, even when you hide and slink around the corner of an aisle - there it is to meet you like a brick in the face, loud and clear - "Hello!! Welcome to Longs! Seriously, love this place it makes you stretch your joyfulness and pushes out your dreary. Longs has what you need to fix what's ailing you, whether it's meds, food, drink or trinkets it's here at your local Longs. “After my discharge from the hospital I was prescribed eight weeks of daily IV antibiotics. I opted to administer this myself at home instead of staying at a skilled nursing facility or going to an infusion center every day. My doctor had locally-owned Pharmacare take care of everything. An RN from the company visited me in the hospital and patiently showed me how to do everything step-by-step. When I got home Pharmacare made weekly deliveries of all supplies. The person who took my weekly order on he phone made sure that they had my order correct and doublechecked to make sure that I did not need anything else. There is a nurse available 24/7 to call if you have any questions (I had to call them twice and both times received excellent service). Deliveries are made to my front door reliably and with a smile. Everyone that I encountered at Pharmacare is professional, well-trained, and knowledgeable. Our lives are in their hands and they take their responsibilities very seriously. I have heard through the grapevine that Pharmacare's main competitor is not locally-owned and does not provide the same high level of service.”

“Queens is a great hospital system that doesn't disappoint in care and services. I actually go to Queens mainly for doctor appointments, and my only complaint is the parking in POB lll. There isn't enough parking spaces! I was 20 mins late for my appointment from repeatedly driving from the bottom level to the top looking and waiting for a space to open up! Cars were parked in thru traffic lanes and couldn't or wouldn't move waiting for spaces!”

“OMG the best Longs Ever!!! I had an issue with a product and had gone to another branch to discuss with manager. They told me to reach out to the mainland. Due to numerous failed attempts and rude mainland attitude, I had nearly given up BUT my last attempt landed me at Longs Ala Moana. From the friendly cashiers to the amazing store manager, they were soooo understanding and they helped me resolve the issue immediately! No waiting for phone calls, no run arounds -she got it done! Incredible!!!! I waited nearly 2 months to have this resolved but she did it within 30 minutes. This is AAaMMMAaZING customer service!!! I can't give them enough Props!!!”

“I have always received quick and no hassle service in pharmacy at this location. They do close for lunch and are, at times, inundated with a formed line of customers. But I can see that they work really hard to make up for wait times. Everyone from the phone customer rep to the in store pharmacy rep provided useful info while maintaining friendly service. “I have been frequenting CVS Longs drugs at Hale Pawaa back when it was called Mina Pharmacy. I have always been impressed by the pharmacy staff. The man at the helm is Jason. Knowledge and expertise are to be expected (and Jason obviously has that in spades). But there is another vital and equally important component to the equation. I have dealt with other pharmacists at other locations in the past who have had all the personality of a dead fish and made me feel like I was doing them a favor by asking for their help. What makes Jason a 5-star standout is his affable and caring personality (he puts the person in personality). He makes a necessary medical transaction a welcoming and confidence inspiring experience. I cant say enough about how comforted and secure I feel to have him caring for my pharmaceutical needs. He is truly an asset to the profession.”

“I've come to Aina Haina as long as I can remember, so it was kind of cool to have a Longs Drugs/CVS in my neighborhood, even though I have one in Kahala Mall.This CVS store/pharmacy is relatively built, just before Covid or during Covid. I'm not sure but it is relatively new. Everything so sparkly and shiny that you never knew it was that new. I've gone to the store many times since it's opening, but most recently, I had my 2023 Covid vaccination here. This CVS location was nice and sort of convenient since you can hop on the number 1 or 24 bus, or number 23 bus to get here. on my most recent visit to get my vaccination, I checked in on the app to make sure that they know I'm coming. 15 minutes before my scheduled vaccination, I entered the store and decided to kill time by shopping around. I ended up buying a few things before heading upstairs to get my Covid vaccination. Once I was upstairs, I checked in with the pharmacist, and they told me that it was free and I didn't have to front a $200 co-pay. Thought that was neat. They told me to wait in the waiting room nearby until they had someone to administer the CoVId vaccine and the annual flu shot. I decided to get both so I don't have to take time for the other. There was 2 people ahead of me who also got their vaccines. The total time spent here was about 25 minutes, from check in and leaving the area. The dude who was administering the vaccine was knowledge and friendly. Nice guy.The overall experience here at this CVS location was Cool, casual and very nice actually. While it is kind of out-of-the-way and a general sense, it is handy for people who live in the east, Oahu area, and need to come here for their daily essentials and or pharmaceuticals. The CVS store carries premieres everything and everything you need for your daily needs from bottle of water to your daily multivitamin, this store has pretty much everything. For me, though, I usually end up buying bottled water on any given day if I'm out here or snacks to chew on if I need something to chew on or something. CVS is your one stop shop for everything that you could need. Their prices are very reasonable and you don't have to go to Costco to stock up. CVS just offers what you need versus what you don't need at Costco, which is a lot more than what you need. It is cool, that CVS is basically anywhere and everywhere that you may need them, which is cool and awesome. For the most part, though, my experience here at this CVS location was for the pharmacy only. My time spent shopping on the first floor was good, casual and a good thing to do multiple things at one location at any given time so you can get things done quicker.This CVS location is located across the street from Aina Haina shopping center on W Hind Drive. You can't really miss it if you're driving on the H-1. Or maybe you can. They accept major credit cards, as well as cash. Getting a vaccine appointment requires you to go online to CVS.com and request an appointment. Make sure you check with them to see if you are covered with insurance. Last thing you want is to be floored with paying a lot for a vaccination. Just saying. If you drive, there is a separate parking lot for customers to CVS, but it's very limited. If you are like me, the aforementioned bus routes 1, 1L, 23, and 24 come thru the area and stops on W Hind Drive or Kalanianaole Hwy, depending on the route you're taking. And so, CVS is good for what services it provides. While the experience wasn't ideally enjoyable, it was just a need to be here for the vaccination. Above all else, it was a way to be on top with my health and I was going to be out there anyway. Might as well get the vaccine too. I was glad that they had the modern version though. With everything else going on in the world, it helps to keep things in perspective. For your everyday needs, make Longs apart of your day. 4.0 stars for the overall experience. 3.0 stars for the prices. 4.0 stars for the service and location. Support local!B”

“The pharmacy manager Dave is a nice guy and has always been helpful. Nice little neighborhood pharmacy. One of the techs is not the friendliest person I've met, but overall it's a nice place. The only negative thing was when I tried to fill a script there that my usual pharmacy didn't have the guy said he would fill it, and if I moved all my scripts there, they would "take care of me" with regards to this particular hard to fill script. Ok..no problem. Told him the date of my next refill, but when I went there the following month, they didn't have it and the tech/ cashier lady was straight up rude to me about it..That wasn't too cool, but hopefully future interaction will be better.”

“Helpful staff- good choices- online you can see if an item is available. Scan and go is awesome. You basically scan your item and check out when you're done shopping. You don't need to wait in the lines.... A lot of local choices for vegetables. Snack choices are good as well. If you ship to home there's a discount.”

“Longs Drug (CVS) location with its own separate parking, which is not too common nowadays. Nice facility with a good selection of items and conveniently located near a bunch of medical offices. I was really impressed with the pharmacy and how they tried to fill our prescriptions but did not have everything. They checked their computer system and called the only store that had inventory so that we did not have to run around. Many thanks to the friendly and helpful staff at this location for its great customer service.”

“I come here early morning before heading to work to get some items. Love the Mr. Brown Coffee. Store is pretty clean. Some items would be out of stock due to late shipment. Some shady characters outside near the Bank of Hawaii area and smoking section. The graveyard team is nice and helpful. Blonde girl with glasses (Tish) is very attentive and assisted me during check out. She was nice enough to help me pick out an umbrella during the rainy season. She showed me each one. She also had good knowledge of what was on sale every week. Overall good service by Tish !”
