Pretty much jerks who think they know better than a doctor and make it difficult to pick up meds as possible They try and keep your prescription paper if they can't fill it. Can you say illegal???

Ok Costco is Costco no matter where you go. A 50 minute ride on the 42 bus from Waikiki and you have a short walk to the store. We picked up an eclectic range of items including gin, rum, men's shorts, pineapple sausages, mangoes and pineapple. We then went to the food area outside to show our friends how good the chicken caesar salad is BUT it has been taken off the menu. Yes there are still the usual poor nutrition options but at least the salad gave some balance. Queues are long but they do move quickly.

Awesome! Found most of the items I was shopping for. I wish their eye clinic accepts walk-in though!

This Costco is a Zoo. Super busy- as most Costcos are. The workers here hate their jobs and take it out on customers. If I could rate it based on customer service it would be a zero but hey it could be worse.

Costco reconfigured and screwed up the parking lot and flow of traffic. The disability parking is screwed up and a hazard. Idiots. Pics to come. Bought Harvarti cheese... A "good source of protein and calcium". They forgot to mention an excellent source of heart clogging saturated fat:. 1 slice 6gm or 29% of daily value.

I love Costco but this one has Horrible parking and forget the gas station. I rather pay a little more that to sit in those lines. This place is so busy I rather go to another one on the island.

This is where we get all our immunizations and prescriptions. You can now make reservations for immunizations on the pharmacy website, so we get appointments for the whole family, then line up for our shots. We've done not just Covid vaccines, but also flu, tetanus, hep a, and shingles. Would highly recommend everyone check the CDC website for which immunizations are recommended for you and then get up-to-date.We even get the dog's prescriptions for Heartgard and Nextgard here and save about 20% over getting them at the vet. It's easy, we just ask for a paper prescription at the vet when we get her annual check-up, then get the prescriptions filled next time we shop at Costco. easy peasy.

I love Costco and saving money as possible is my forte, so don't get me wrong with the 2 stars that I give on this specific location. Workers in here aren't that friendly. They don't even manage to show at least a glimpse on their face. It seems like they are always busy in here. They have all the reasons not to be a lil nice. Every time I am here doing some grocery it's always been like this. I don't mind once in a while but just every time. I am not telling that all of them are like this too. There are some that are really awesome in a way! What I don't like in here too is that this location can be so busy and a bit chaotic at times. It's just crazy! I cant blame them coz saving money is a quintessential part of human experience especially of the inflation that's happening right now. You constantly need to move the cart here and there. It's fine. You gotta be more cooperative especially among kupuna. Final verdict, I only come here when I need something impromptu and if in case of rush emergency in our stocks. But other than that, I will skip this location and off to other Costco in the island.

Costco is Costco. The only thing that differs were the people working - customer service! With that, this specific location is my least favorite by far to do my shopping. Most of them are really friendly but there are some that are nasty and rude. Example 1: upon entering I showed my cc (from citi bank) then this woman stop me coz I showed her the wrong ID. I sighed and simply flip the card and my flabby face showed up with the name costco wholesale on the bottom right (this scenario happened to me 2 times). Kinda pisses me off. I mean, don't they inform their staffs and let them familiarizes their own cards? Example 2: I asked one of the staff from the alley on where the boxes of rice could be and this guy, stares me that I'm a piece of d*mb. I feel humiliated yet I still follow his direction. That is why, I seldom do business in here. I rather go to its other location which the staffs are more friendly and more Aloha vibes.

Whenever I need gas I always try and make my trip to this Costco worth it and do some grocery shopping, as well. Typically the line for gas is super long however, it is the best pricing so I cannot complain. Especially with gas prices being so high, I am grateful for Costco gas! In regard to the Costco store itself, I am always pleased with the quality of fresh produce. I recently purchased some local papayas and they are SO. GOOD. I love their selection of local produce, especially as I love to support local. They have a great selection of local foods, as well such as lau laus, lomi salmon, poi and Portuguese sausage. I also like to get friends and family who come to visit a bag of the Honolulu cookie company cookies that they carry. It's such a big bag and it's a great price! I only wish the selection of the Organic Harvest Snaps and the Late July Sea Salt Multigrain Chips weren't typically sold out. These are staples for me and I would purchase them every time I go to Costco if I could! I love their alcohol selection and their sushi selection.
