I found this Lab very accommodating, they took me in without an appointment and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. No one mentioned that I was supposed to fast first but I know for next time.

Bring your Legal ID and Medical Card. They are professionals so this is the best place to get your blood work done. Always confused by the buildings (6) six elevators why they take so long to get to you. On Floor (5) Five. At the End of the Hall. Free Parking.
