Nasty horrible rude security men I ever metI have packages delivered to me and the delivery person can’t stop out front for 1 min to drop it off the security gets into argument w them and tell things like “ whatever , I don’t care , move your car”?

One of my favorite buildings in Waikiki. 30 day minimum rentals required but if you've got a clean ocean view unit you should have no problem renting out . Well managed and well maintained. If you have the means you should buy one. And I can help with that.

This is an undiscovered gem in Waikiki. Even the locals are amazed at the fabulous views from this building. It looks directly at Diamond head with no buildings in the way. A view of the Gold Coast and the ocean, what could be better. It is in a quiet area of Waikiki but you can easily walk 1 and 1/2 blocks to the beach... read full comment
