I was greeted with a smile by Jessica and she listened to what my concerns were. Then she explained that they don’t have the tires I wanted at their store but she can bring some in from the Kaneohe store. She informed me at the latest it will be done by close of business.
Then she called me later in the day explaining what they found and what I wanted done. She did not try to push any repairs on me and just listened to what I wanted done.
Then upon pick up I was greeted with a smile by a nice young man. He explained what was done and asked if I had any questions. I settled my bill with him and we exchanged pleasantries and I was on my way. A very happy customer. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family

I had an issue with my car and my fiancé brought it to Firestone. Not only did they do a full check of the car, they also referred us to a dealership because my car was under warranty. They were great communicators and made sure that we were getting what’s best for the car, instead of them making money off of us. Highly recommend!

I like how they let you know whats wrong before the surprise you with unknown repairs that you didn't approve of. They are hands off until you give them a thumbs up and the also give you the price quote up front. Overall awesome recommendations, service and repairs.

I don’t remember the name of the guy that was working yesterday 2/27, but he was SO helpful. I was waiting in line at the Aiea location for about 30-45 minutes, I called to this location to see if I could bring my car here instead, & not only did he answer the phone but he answered my question! Aiea had put me on hold for 30 minutes before I just showed up in the shop.
So needless to say, doing just that alone had exceeded my expectations. Once I got there, he was kind, he processed and completed the check in process within a few minutes & had me out the door.
He gave me answers straight away to all my pricing questions. & My car was ready within a few hours.
This location is great all around.I will definitely be coming to this location only in the future.

First deduction: We had an appointment for 4 pm but when we arrived they did not seem to have us on their book. As a result we had to wait two hours and a half for our new tires to be put on.Second deduction: Because they had to rush the work, the wheel weights kept dropping and we had to return for a second visit to have all new tires rebalanced.Other than that the service was good.

Late Friday of the President’s day weekend, I requested an oil change the next day. Obviously it was a late request, but Ron squeezed me in at 9:30 am. I arrived about 9:45, but Ron still took me in and said it would be ready about 3 pm. He called before 1 pm and said it was ready, and he also pointed out my coolant reservior was empty. He gave a very reasonable estimate to pressure test the system and if there was no leak, then to top it off. Check out was quick and easy and he applied the applicable discounts available. The car was clean and service was done properly and before expected.
