**Update - 5/28/2022**My response to their online customer service got through and they indicated that they would return my shipping fee for the mix up. This doesn't necessarily mean that the entire system is fixed with the way they use SHIPT to deliver things but, at least they finally took responsibility. It's fair, so I upgraded my review to 4 stars.This review is actually for an online order that came through this store. I considered ordering online and then picking up, but saw that they offer same-day delivery. I opted for that and then realized since I ordered after the cutoff time, it wouldn't arrive until the next day. I still had to pay $12.00 extra. Not a big deal.The next day rolls around and the shipping was not updated and there was absolutely no indication of what time this order would arrive. Every other shipping method available either updates on a regular basis or gives you an estimated time of arrival. It was already after 6pm the following day that I placed the order, and I had received nothing. GNC online assistance had gone home for the day, so I had to open a support ticket to request that I receive my shipping cost back.Then, a little after 7pm...some poor, part-time delivery person calls me trying to find my house. I guide her to my door and finally, I have received it. An email comes to me from GNC customer care the next morning claiming that since the order was placed after noon, it is completely up to the company SHIPT as to what time they will deliver it.SHIPT is a cut-rate company that hires people to deliver things as a second job. Not that the people hired try to do a bad job but, they aren't trained or prepared for this line of work and it's more like paying a neighbor to run an errand for you. The fact that GNC wants to pretend like they offer good shipping options and then completely blame it on the other company when it goes badly shows how much they care.From now on, I will be buying protein powder or whatever else I need, direct. I try to buy local when possible but, I won't support a company that does a piss-poor job like this and tries to blame it on someone else. Take some responsibility, GNC.

Jake was very knowledgeable about a lot of different products and was also very friendly. He helped my friends and I around the store to find new pre workouts and also gave some opinions on the tastes as well! Will definetly be coming back to get more supplements from here!

Totally the BEST customer service from Jake. He assisted me on getting supplements shipped directly to me as the store didn't have it in stock. Even did a renewal on my Pro membership as the expiration date was nearing. We definitely need this type of service at your other locations.

Came in with my girlfriend looking for our usual items, but Josh was super helpful and we left with different supplements than our usual, totally excited to try out the new stuff. He was quick, honest, friendly, and to the point. Great service. Will come here again.
