To save me time, they gave me their email address to which I sent my files to, along with the specs for what was needed, then they called when it was ready for me to pick it up. “Worked with Nestor last year in the midst of the canceled 2020 graduation season but it was the easiest thing and I was immensely pleased with the finished product. I was able to get two identical prints on corrugated plastic to make a double sided flag like structure atop my car for my son's drive thru commencement that would withstand rain if necessary. Image review and ordering was done through email and payment was done over the phone - necessary for social distancing at the time and pick up was curbside as well. Start to finish the process took about 6 days but I didn't wait until the last minute so I was a-ok with waiting. Will for sure be a repeat customer.”

“This UPS Store has to be the best! I got a PO Box thinking that the Manoa Post Office was going to close which ended up staying open. Even though the rate is higher here I decided to stay because the service is excellent. They always acknowledge you as you enter. What amazes me is that they all remember your name and box number. Last noght I went in right before closing and to make copies of over 100 sheets of different flyers. The young man there did it and was so polite.He really showed true customer service. Most places when you go in that late to do what I did would have given you attitude or turned you away.I can go on about all the things that they do over and beyond.I highly recommend this store for all your needs.”
