About Hertz Car Rental - Honolulu - Daniel K Inouye International Airport (HNL)
Hertz Car Rental at the Daniel K. Inouye Honolulu International Airport (HNL) provides a wide selection of rental vehicles, including luxury cars, sports cars, SUVs, electric vehicles (EVs), vans, and trucks. Customers can conveniently book online or through the Hertz mobile app. The staff at this location are described as very kind and patient, even when dealing with long lines.
Renters report a smooth and easy pick-up and return process. One customer was able to go straight to their pre-assigned car, while another found the return procedure to be even easier. However, some felt the interior cleanliness of the vehicles could be improved, with one person having to clean stains before their rental.
While the rental rates were found to be much lower than competitors, the vehicle selection was not always a customer's first choice. One renter was disappointed they could not select the specific Wrangler model they wanted, as they were assigned a particular vehicle. Overall, renters were satisfied with the gas mileage and keyless ignition features of their cars.
With a variety of options available and generally positive customer experiences, Hertz Car Rental - Honolulu International Airport is a reliable choice for travelers needing transportation during their stay.

They were very helpful. I hated the car they gave me. It wasn't what I asked for. A Chevy blazer.
