Weirdest phone call, I'm just changing a scraped bumper and can give the make and model of the car why do I have to bring in the car for a quote? Cost of bumper+ labor, Mr Grumpy man on the phone? I understand seeing a car after an accident, but just changing the bumper seems pretty straight forward. Ridiculous.
