Mahina Ala Moana Center is a modern, newer, and cute little shopping center described as hip and trendy. It is anchored by major stores like Nordstrom Rack and TJ Maxx, though their entrances can be a little confusing to find. The center features a variety of small shops with wonderful merchants, offering everything from casual to dress-up clothing, jewelry, bags, and accessories. There is no shortage of locally-made or locally-designed items, making it a good place for shopping for babies, kids, friends, or yourself. The vibe is quiet and more local, situated somewhat far from Waikiki. It is close to other things, sandwiched between Whole Foods and Ala Moana Beach Park. The center has some stores and eating places inside and several surrounding the outside, including a juice bar and restaurants, with Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf on the corner. There are tables and chairs for sitting, and notable art includes a fish mobile on the ceiling and a gorilla created with metal butterflies. While some store fronts may be empty, it remains a pleasant place to chill, grab a snack or a cold drink, and enjoy a relaxed browse.
My first time shopping at Mahina Honolulu and I had such a great experience. Abbey and Grace were so nice and very helpful in finding the right size. I will definitely be back! Thank you girls 😉❤️

Whoever said the staff was unfriendly they must have changed staff. Girls were very friendly and helpful. Clothes are always super cute. It’s on the 3rd floor btw

Love this store, I always make it a point to do most of my shopping here as their selection is so curated and unbeatable! Grace at the Ala Moana Mall provided excellent customer service! She picked out three beautiful gorgeous dresses for me that I never would’ve picked out on my own!
