I had no problems with my Escrow doing payoff and when I called their billing dept. they put in a cancel for my auto pay. Pretty smooth process, it was just their automated phone service and finding the contact number that takes 1 star away.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with!!! They gave me a refund due to there oversight and now calling me saying I need to pay it!!! I am getting a lawyer because this has been an ongoing issue for 4 months. They are the most incompetent company I ever dealt with. HORRIBLE. Stay away if you can.

Worst company for mortgage. A lot of fraud with the fees that they charge for no reason. They prefer to default on your loan instead of helping people keep their homes.
