I knew about this location because I kept looking at it from across the street last year when our Jaycee group participated in the Dragon Boat Races at Aala Park. Besides being one of the sponsors, ASB also had a very spirited team! I told my cousin that we should go to this Aala Park "Campus" location because it had free covered parking and is a new building! Yes... the interior is very pleasant and clean. There was an employee in the parking structure - acting like a guard and/or guide. Inside, another employee asked if we needed help - I think he was screening us for possible loitering because we were chatting on one of the sofas.Well - it was a successful visit.
