O' My Sole is a small business located on level 2 of the mall with a great and amazing selection of Birkenstock sandals for men and women, including some on sale. The place is clean and organized. Service is great, with very helpful, friendly, pleasant, and kind staff who know their stuff. Customers report successfully finding desired pairs quickly. However, the store can lack stock of certain styles, sizes, and specific options like vegan designs. A note for international visitors is that Birkenstock prices in the US are considered crazy expensive compared to other regions. The business is highly recommended.

I had a great experience while purchasing sandals at the Waikiki store. The Korean lady was extremely helpful and well versed in the merchandise. Her kindness and helpfulness motivated my purchase. I will definitely revisit the store for further purchases as I am a huge fan of Birkenstok.
