“My first complaint is that their locations are not really local friendly. Two of their locations are in Waikiki and their third location is in downtown with limited street parking that is usually taken.
Considering the location it was a good thing I kinda knew where they were so I had someone drop me off and wait for me. And even then it was a journey for me considering I am handicap. It would have been much worse if I had to park and walk it.
That being said their products are solid! Even comes with a warranty. So even though it's on the pricier side I feel that it's a great value. Plus the workers are friendly and really helpful making for a great buying experience.”

“I've only been into the outdoor lifestyle for a few years. I remember visiting REI in California and being so amazed by every item because I didn't know what they were and any brands. Uloha down on Ward and a block from HiClimb rock gym is like a mini-REI. I spent maybe a half hour here browsing b/c they had some cool items that I didn't think you'd find in Hawaii (40L backpack with hip belt, Outdoor Research rain jackets). It's all very crammed in, but it's an awesome selection and experience. It's also a much better selection than what I found at Walmart. Climb Aloha is inside too and they have a good complementary store for climbing gear.”

“Our server Hunter, very friendly very attentive. Wagyu Cheeseburger was so juicy. My Crab pasta was excellent. Popover with strawberry butter and Consommé soup were always delicious. I ordered Homemade chocolate chip cookies taking home. Freshly baked. I will have another reservation end of this month. I will miss Mariposa.”

“If you ever bought shoes at the Running Room, you will never go any place else. The staff is incredibly knowledgable about running shoes. They have all run marathons. The owner/manager understands how people move their feet and what the movement means for shoes. I bought my first pair of shoes from him two years ago. I learned I was wearing the wrong size and wrong kind of shoe. I loved those shoes so much that I returned to buy another pair today. They take a lot of time with each customer and learn what the person needs. They also educated the customer. The prices are reasonable for the level of service. I also picked up some workout clothes that were on sale. They carry a lot of running gear. They have a small parking lot next to the building. They are a local small business. You just can't get this kind of service anyplace else.”

“Clothing styles appear to appeal to the younger generation. Very casual. Sundresses, pants, jeans, sleeveless blouses, under garments, nursing uniforms, costume jewelry, plus size clothing, shorts, etc. Not the best quality fabrics. Cheaply made. I've shopped there a number of times and noticed torn garments. Items are reasonably priced. I would shop here again because I like the styles and variety.”

Came in today (even after spending money at the Shoe Palace in the Ala Moana Mall), and was greeted by Kaid and Daniel. These guys were gems and awesome to talk to. Incredibly friendly, and didn't push sales at all. Ended up buying 2 pairs of shorts, and assisted me with anything I needed. By far the best experience I've had at an athletic apparel shop by far!! “this location on the waikele location are the two biggest stores for Crocs. The only downside is if you're looking for flip flops or slippers, they're both difficult to find the right size for. either they might be missing a color, or a particular line, or whatever.
both of these locations are really big and the staff was friendly and very helpful. but trying to find those flip flops was a pain in the butt because it's a line that Crocs don't really carry as many flip flops anymore .
If you want to get to this location, I suggest parking at the Sheraton parking garage. to reach that garage, take the first left after you see the Croc store to your left on Kalakaua Avenue, then go straight, and on the third driveway to your left you should be able to turn left into a pretty big parking structure.
It should show up as the Sheraton parking garage on Google maps. Parking uses that automatic ticket system that a lot of modern garages uses and you get a 15 minute grace period.
There are no elevators in the parking structure, but once you reach the first floor, the entrance to the hotel will be to your right, up off flight of carpeted stairs. Go straight through there, go around the swimming pool area, and Right before you reach the street the croc store will be to your right.
If you know what you're getting, you should be able to park, get what you need, then return to your car without having to pay a dime for the parking within the grace period.”
