We bought a pair of white Birkenstock
stock sandals on November 11 2024.
We just got to the island from Florida and my daughter was needing a new pair of sandals as the ones we had were lost.
Found O’’ My Sole and found her Birkenstock, she wanted it!. The very nice lady at the store was super helpful and friendly. Thank you very much!

Great selection of Birkenstocks, some on sale. Very helpful and pleasant sales person (owner).. Came in, and left with an amazing pair of sandals in about 15mins.. Success! 😊

Attempted to buy a much needed pair of Birkenstocks and apparently they shut at 3 , arrived at 250pm so we were in there past 3 and the RUDE saleswoman/owner wanted us gone!!!..Totally rude and unhelpful, I wantd to try on one pair of sandals, she brought out the other shoe which was the match of the fllor one I was trying on and tne h of beige was totally different, she said sorry, can't sell to you. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL

This place has great customer service and wide variety of Birkenstocks. I was in need of some sandals and found this place on yelp. I'm glad I stopped by for the friendly experience. The lady working (didn't get her name unfortunately) made sure to provide different options and worked with me to find the ideal pair. I appreciate she didn't add pressure into a purchase and genuinely wanted to help. I highly recommend coming here if you're in need of some sandals or shoe's in general. In my situation, I was mainly looking to purchase Birkenstocks and I'm glad I came here.

Came here to try and buy some Birkenstocks which surprisingly are hard to find in Hawaii. Amazing selection so I bought a couple of pairs! However not sure if it’s this place or just the US in general but Birkenstock prices are crazy expensive. Paid $160 for a pair whereas I’m used to paying around $80 in Europe! (Just a heads up if you’re coming from outside the US)

This place was tucked away on level 2 of the mall. Love all the options. They did not have the vegan option in my size unfortunately but I settled for another design. The lady helping was so kind and I was happy to be supporting this small business!

Very good selection of Birkenstock shoes, actually the best I have seen. Bought lots of shoes but they would not offer even a dollar if discount.
