Instruction is personalized to match the comfort and skill level of the individual, including non-swimmers and those with special needs. Instructors are super informative, giving quick how-to lessons before heading straight to the water to learn in action, offering tips and pointers to improve technique all along the way. They do a wonderful job explaining the basics. The experience is absolutely amazing, very memorable, and an awesome time. Customers often do better than they expect, even catching waves quickly on a first lesson. In addition to lessons, rentals are available. The business has a convenient location in the Waikiki Beach Marriott Resort and Spa and offers a complimentary shuttle service from a few locations in Waikiki. They are responsive to bookings, including last-minute requests. The option to get pictures and video is a great add that makes for beautiful memories. Staff, experience, and customer service are all great.

Kevin was the absolute best!! He did a wonderful job explaining surfing basics. Also, he offered advice on what we could improve. Our pictures came out beautiful. Very memorable experience.
