Rooms are pretty nice but don’t expect to sleep in past 6:30am unless you want to hear all the doors slamming around you the doors slam so hard and will wake you up if you’re somewhat of a light sleeper. Good location though and everyone is really nice.

Day started off terrible (pre-arrival to the hotel). Got here and the service was amazing. Ambrose greeted us at reception and definitely gave us the best reception we have had in a long time. When we finally got up to the room, it was also quite nice. Spacious and clean with great views.

We stayed here this past week and I had to rush over to leave a review because this hotel was nothing short of amazing. The rooms were gorgeous, the view was amazing, the pool area was gorgeous, everything was perfect. I didn’t realize when I booked it but this hotel literally sits ON the beach. You just walk right out and you’re on the beach. I would absolutely love to stay here again. The whole vibe was so dreamy.

Hotel staff very nice, room comfortable, beds comfortable, Monkeypod restaurant leaves something to be desired. Not very many breakfast choices for hotel vouchers, no traditional breakfast for vouchers, like pancakes, and french toast. The poolside restaurant for lunch, brunch appetizers great. They should do breakfast for hotel. Watch when booking tours in lobby.Nearby activities: Restaurants, shopping all close walking distance.

Office is less then a block away so we go here often. Good staff, good food, and very beautiful location. Worth checking out.

First time stay at this hotel, and the rooms were lovely and clean, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Location was also a big plus for us as it was so close to Kalākaua Ave, and of course it has direct access to Waikiki beach.This is my second stay in Hawaii / the Waikiki area, and if I were to travel back, I would stay here again!Only piece of feedback I have is it would be awesome if the 3x beds layout rooms had the option of a balcony / oceanview. But that’s just me being picky :)

This place was AWESOME. The rooms were amazing, and the TV was surprisingly decent. It had lots of channels, and we could see the waves by our balcony. The location was also extremely good, as we are next to the Hawaii army museum, tons of restaurants, and it is conveniently placed beside many attractions and malls. However, the Wi-Fi was pretty spotty and I kept lagging while playing many of my games. The service was great, and they offer many activities. I came here just in time to see the Honolulu festival parade, and the hotel is placed just a few minutes from where it was located, so I am incredibly happy. The hotel's beach is barely used, and it has some parts that are very rocky, but also had parts that are only sand, which is great. Overall, this place is great if you are expecting it as a hotel, but not so great if you are expecting those all-inclusive resorts. There aren't many resorts in Hawaii, and this hotel is a great alternative to one!Food & drinks: The steak shack under the other hotel IS AMAZING.

This is our third time staying at this outrigger hotel resort.We stayed at Pacific Tower on the rear corner 12 floor spectacular views of the water .Everyone was so friendly and the staff was always helpful.The pool area has a lot of lounge chairs available. Pool is of a great size to cool off in after you spend the day at the beach. The bar is nearby for your cocktails.Great location, easy walking distance to all shops.I do love how easy everything here is.They have a great restaurant called Monkeypod it was awesome to have lunch in or dinner. Great view out back of the beach and surfing.Love this place ❤️ always happy to come back .If you are looking to book my room was 1229.Thanks to all staff.Rooms: Great and spacious bathrooms were well equipped and clean.

First time visit to celebrate a birthday at Monkeypod kitchen. Good service, good food and the best non alcoholic mai tai I've ever had! Thanks for thinking of people who don't drink alcohol its very much appreciated ? ?
