too bad there's no -1 in star rating. poor customer service courtesy of the extremely rude and unprofessional "general manager" by the name of jb who will surely single handedly run this business to the ground in no time! don't come here. you've been warned!

Keith Matsunaga was very rude and nasty with my wife. I don’t recommend doing business with this company. I will be dealing with Apria from now on.
